How is Konsai priced?
You pay a one-time setup fee. There's no subscription and no per-attendee fee. Book a demo and we'll send you a quote.
Who hosts the app?
You do. Konsai runs on your company's cloud accounts. We help you set it up and train your team, and the code, the data and the keys stay with you.
Do we need developers to run it?
No. Your team runs events from the admin console: branding, features, people, agenda and reports. Changes can be requested from inside the app. We train your team as part of the setup.
What if we need a feature you don't have?
Tell us during the demo. We build custom features around how you run events, usually within days of a confirmed order.
Do attendees need to download an app?
No. Konsai works in any phone browser and can be added to the home screen like an app. Attendees sign in with a personal code or an email link. It works well on mobile data.
What kinds of events does it suit?
In-person company events: leadership summits, sales kickoffs, dealer and partner meets, customer conferences, annual offsites and MICE events. One setup can run many events a year.
Can Koenig see our event data?
No. Your data lives in your accounts, and we don't track your events or your attendees. You can export everything to Excel at any time.
