Frameworks like TensorFlow Federated (TFF) and secure environments like Confidential Space support its implementation.
Federated Learning training is designed for machine learning engineers, data scientists, and AI developers with intermediate to advanced Python and TensorFlow skills. Learners should have prior experience in neural networks, model training, and distributed systems to fully benefit from the course content and hands-on labs.
Learners must have a solid foundation in Python, TensorFlow 2.x, and deep learning concepts including CNNs and RNNs. Familiarity with Jupyter Notebooks, Keras, and basic distributed computing principles is essential. Prior completion of a machine learning or deep learning course is strongly recommended.
The training prepares learners for the Google TensorFlow Developer Certificate exam, which validates skills in building and training neural network models using TensorFlow 2.x. The exam focuses on solving real-world problems through model design, training, evaluation, and deployment using TensorFlow and Keras.
The TensorFlow Developer Certificate exam is a performance-based test requiring implementation of models in PyCharm within five hours; it does not use multiple-choice questions. There is no published passing score, but candidates must successfully complete four out of five required modeling tasks. The exam must be completed within six months of registration.
The Federated Learning training runs for 40 hours over five days and is delivered in live online 1-on-1, public batch, and self-paced Flexi formats. All sessions are Guaranteed-to-Run, allowing flexible scheduling including weekend batches, with access to live instructors and hands-on labs.
